NUTRITION & EXERCISE PROGRAM

Exercise and nutrition are important throughout our lives. Our bodies are a precious gift and as we age it is common for our health to deteriorate. It is important that we eat right and exercise to help maintain agility. Elderday Center is a proud partner with the USDA to provide nutritionally based meals and snacks for program participants and our kitchen is certified with the Illinois Department of Public Health.
