How do I get started?
To get started at Elderday, individuals must go through our intake process.
In this process our qualified team will administer an intake assessment and review the medical history form provided by your physician.
After this is completed and the individual is found to be appropriate for our programs, they may start attending.
The cost for attendance at Elderday Center is $17.00 an hour.
There is also a fee for the intake assessment (see above) which is $150.00.
If the person becomes a client at Elderday (within three months of their assessment), the $150.00 assessment fee is applied towards their account.
Here at Elderday Center we provide a variety of programs to address the many interests of our clients.
Our programing includes licensed music therapy, licensed pet therapy, exercise class, reminiscence groups, arts and crafts, games, intergenerational and community programming and outings.
We focus our programs on providing quality of life along with cognitive and physical longevity for all our clients.
All transportation is provided by either the caregiver or an outside service contracted by the caregiver.
We have a list of reliable transportation services that our clients have been happy with in the past which we would be happy to provide you with.
On days where there is an outing, we will provide all necessary transportation to and from the outing.
